Our luxury picnic setup includes a styled low table, cushions or seating rugs, an umbrella or parasol, full table styling with décor, plates, cutlery, napkins, non-alcoholic drinks, and our signature charcuterie. We handle setup and pack-down — all you need to do is arrive and enjoy!

All of our charcuterie offerings include a curated mix of artisan cheeses, cured meats, crackers or bread, seasonal fruits, nuts, pickles, and dips. Portions vary by service type, but everything is beautifully arranged and ready to enjoy. We also offer vegetarian and themed variations upon request.

For grazing tables and luxury picnics, we do have a minimum spend or guest number, which varies depending on the service. Our charcuterie cart and platters are more flexible — just get in touch with your event details, and we’ll recommend the best option for your budget and guest list.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for weekends and busy seasons. For grazing tables, picnics, and custom events, we suggest 2–4 weeks' notice, while smaller platters or engraved boards can sometimes be arranged with 1 week’s notice depending on availability. Last-minute enquiries are always welcome — we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Yes, we take a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is typically due 7 days before your event. We’ll confirm all details in your booking summary.

British weather can be unpredictable, so we always recommend having a backup indoor or sheltered location if possible. We’ll work with you to find the best solution, and if we need to cancel due to severe weather, we’ll offer a reschedule or partial refund depending on notice given and setup status.

Our standard picnic package includes 2.5 hours of setup time for you and your guests to relax and enjoy. If you'd like to extend your booking, just let us know in advance — additional time can be arranged for a small fee.
